Sopto provides a in wide range of high-level performance fibre optical transmission products for Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), Storage Area Networks (SANs), Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs) and Access Networks (ANs). SOPTO optic modules include 100M modules for Fast Ethernet, 155M modules for SDH STM-1/SONET OC-3/ATM, 1.0625G, 2.125G, 4.25G, and 10G transceivers for Fiber Channel, 1.25G, 2.5G, 4.25Gbps, and 10G modules for Gigabit Ethernet. There are hundreds of fibre optic modules available from 100M up to 40G.

In addition, SOPTO supplies not only the traditional 1x9 footprint duplex package but also advanced packages such as SFF (small form-factor), SFP (small form-factor pluggable), GBIC (Gigabit Interface Converter), Vedio SFP, QSFP+, CFP, CSFP, BIDI (single fiber bi-directional), BIDI-SFP, and BIDI-SFP plus, BIDI- XFP transceivers, SFP+ (SFP plus), XFP, Xenpak, X2, CWDM ZFP.
